AzIDA's mission to provide low-cost access to capital for affordable housing, nonprofits, and other businesses to promote and assure job opportunities, improve the citizen's standard of living, increase in prosperity and health for the residents of the State of Arizona.
Homebuyer Down Payment Assistance Program is available to Arizona Homebuyers, both existing residents and new Arizona residents, looking to purchase a primary, owner occupied home anywhere in Arizona. Eligible buyers can receive up to 5% assistance which can be used for the down payment, closing costs or a combination of the two.
